Things of great note:

Tim returns to form by sinking the basket at his first attempt.

All the crew were lined up at the start of the show posing with their London Duathlon medals.

We learn that Robbie Knox has baskets of organic fruit and vegetables delivered to his flat.

The Grange Hill publicist contacts Soccer AM on behalf of the cast to say that they are not rubbish actors. This came as a result of Tim saying that Tubes' acting for the new Soccer AM DVD is worse than what can be found on Grange Hill.

Grange Hill plan to give Tubes a walk-on part in the new series.

The 'Im not a Celebrity' pack has now changed to a T-Shirt, badge, poster and car sticker.

Soccer AM show a video of their day at the London Duathlon, there is a special feature of Robbie Knox, at the end, Robbie reveals that he only fell off his bike six times.

Due to their poor performances in the Duathlon, Robbie and Tubes were sent to Oxford street with big signs reading 'Loser' and had to inform the public the reason that they are losers.

Chris Nutbeam proves why he is not a regular in the main gag segment when he mucks up his lines on the cat walk.

We see footage from last weeks FIFPRO awards, where Tubes took his one question on the road to a variety of celebrities.

Soccer AM present proof that Football is better than the United Nations.

Paul Daniels and the Lovely Debbie McGee wave us goodbye at the end of the show.
