Soccer AM have teamed up with MC Neat and recorded 'Larve It' The song was featured during the best premiership goals of the week. The track will be available for download in a few weeks time, all profits going to Barnardos.

Richard Keys conducts the live draw for this years F.A Cup final. Jamie Redknapp and Ray Wilkins are on hand to pick the balls out of the bag.

Following last weeks bet with James Redmond, Tim Lovejoy carries out the forefit of walking down Oxford street in a pink tutu whilst carrying a loser sign.

For the second week running, Tim upstages the soccerette by claiming her hiphop dancing was rubbish, before showing off his own moves.

Tim reveals to Rocket that there had been a hidden camera placed next to the mirror in the Soccer AM Office. A video is shown exposing the many times that Rocket stands infront of that mirror, styling his hair!

The winner of the CocaCola £250,000 win a player for your club competition is revealed on the show. Southampton are the winners. Oxford and Stoke City both recieve £50,000

Tubes is shown at the PFA players awards evening, putting his questions to many top names in the sport.
