Things of great note:

Tim scores a basket using a rather deflated ball.

Neil's best new email buddy is Big Brother's Jon Tickle.

A woman from Countdown's dictionary corner believes that 'Bouncebackability' will make it into the dictionary.

Following a dare from Robbie Knox, Tim dances to the Doves - Black and White Town, in the bottom corner of the screen. He is not allowed to smile or move his feet. He challenges Helen to do exactly the same next week, she decides to take up the challenge.

Soccer AM introduce a new band, it is flesh coloured and it called the R-uber band. Its customisable so you can write your own slogan on it. Best of all, you can buy R-uber bands in boxes of 100 for under £6!

Tim reveals the 'Terry shield' which is to be awarded to either John or Paul, at the moment they are tied on 7 goals each. The shield is about 1 metre tall and a metre wide, Tim says only John will have a house big enough for it to fit, so he'd better win!

Stuart Downing cleaned Paul Ince's boots during his role as YT at Middlesbrough.

MK Dons manager Danny Wilson took 44 attempts at the 10 Yard Bucket Challenge.

During the best Premiership goals of the week, Tony Yeboah's 'goal of the season' volley vs Liverpool from 1995 was slipped in.

We got treated to seeing Luke O'Reilys bottom.

The Red wrestler just gets better and better. This week he delivers a huge dropkick on his opponent.

Soccer AM are now inviting viewers to send in any MPEG movie clips that they create or find on the internet.
